Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve the product.

Natural stones and similar materials may vary in pattern, shade, transparency, shape, or texture.

Such ordinary changes and natural variations are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

8. Allergies, Skin Sensitivities, and Piercing Products

Customers with allergies, sensitive skin, metal sensitivities, or piercing-related concerns should carefully review product materials before purchasing or using an item.

Descriptions such as “hypoallergenic,” “nickel-free,” “stainless steel,” “surgical steel,” “gold-plated,” or similar terms do not guarantee that every person will be free from irritation, discoloration, discomfort, or allergic reaction.

Individual reactions may vary.

You should discontinue use if irritation, swelling, pain, discoloration, or another adverse reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

LumiNeck does not provide medical advice, piercing services, or professional healthcare guidance.

Body jewelry should be selected, cleaned, handled, and worn appropriately. Jewelry should not be used on a new, infected, inflamed, or unhealed piercing unless recommended by a qualified professional.

Opened, tried-on, worn, or used earrings and body jewelry may be subject to hygiene-related return restrictions as explained in our Return & Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Product Care and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using, cleaning, storing, and maintaining products appropriately.

Unless a product page states otherwise, jewelry should generally be protected from excessive exposure to:

  • Water

  • Perspiration

  • Perfume

  • Cosmetics

  • Lotions

  • Hair products

  • Cleaning chemicals

  • Chlorine

  • Salt water

  • Extreme heat

  • Excessive force or impact

Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, modification, accident, ordinary wear, or failure to follow product instructions may not qualify as a product defect.

Small jewelry and accessory components may present a choking or ingestion risk. Keep small items away from young children and pets.

10. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment

LumiNeck may work with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Products may be shipped directly to customers by a third-party fulfillment provider from a location different from LumiNeck’s business location.

As a result:

  • Products in one order may be shipped separately

  • Packages may arrive on different dates

  • Different carriers may be used

  • Shipping origins may vary

  • Supplier or warehouse information may appear on packaging or shipping documentation

Your purchase is made from LumiNeck when you place an order through lumineck.us, even when a third party assists with storage, processing, or delivery.

Customers should contact LumiNeck regarding products and orders purchased through our website.

11. Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page.

Prices may change without prior notice before an order is accepted.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to an order that has already been accepted, except where:

  • The customer agrees to the change

  • A clear pricing error occurred

  • The transaction is canceled and refunded

  • Applicable law permits or requires another resolution

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices may not include:

  • Shipping charges

  • Sales tax

  • Variations or quantities

If an obvious or material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Nothing in this section allows us to cancel an order unlawfully or engage in misleading pricing practices.

13. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import charges unless those amounts are expressly collected by LumiNeck during checkout.

International customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their destination country.

Customs authorities or carriers may request identification, tax information, payment, or other documentation.

Failure to comply with customs or carrier requirements may result in delay, return, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment.

Refusing a package because of customs charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

14. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We may review an order before acceptance, including for:

  • Product availability

  • Payment authorization

  • Address validation

  • Fraud screening

  • Quantity limits

  • Shipping eligibility

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Pricing or listing errors

An order is generally accepted when it enters fulfillment or is shipped, unless applicable law establishes acceptance at an earlier time.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

LumiNeck products are generally offered for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

17. Payment Authorization

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable amount to be charged according to the order and checkout information.

A temporary authorization, pending charge, or payment hold may appear before a charge is finalized.

LumiNeck does not control the processing procedures, exchange rates, security reviews, or timing of banks, card issuers, digital wallets, or payment providers.

We do not receive or store complete payment card information when it is processed directly by an authorized payment provider.

18. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order modification or cancellation.

Requests submitted within 12 hours are more likely to be completed, but no modification or cancellation is guaranteed.

Processing may begin shortly after purchase.

Once an order has been processed, assigned to a supplier, prepared, packaged, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Change the delivery address

  • Change the selected product

  • Change a variation or quantity

  • Add or remove products

  • Combine separate orders

If an order cannot be canceled, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

19. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking procedures, international shipping terms, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

If we are unable to ship within the represented period, we may provide an updated estimate, request consent to the delay, or offer cancellation and an appropriate refund as required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and monitoring tracking communications.

20. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

A shipping label, supplier address, warehouse address, or address displayed on a package is not automatically an authorized return address.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, lost, or ineligible for a refund to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right to return defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or nonconforming goods.

21. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including:

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Epidemics

  • Government action

  • Customs restrictions

  • Transportation interruption

  • Carrier disruption

  • Labor disputes

  • Utility or communication failures

  • Supplier interruption

  • Fulfillment disruption

We will make reasonable efforts to address affected orders and communicate material delays when appropriate.

This section does not exclude obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
