We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are separate and may be charged by the destination country or carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
