LumiNeck offers necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, anklets, body jewelry, charms, jewelry sets, hair accessories, and jewelry storage and care products. Product styles, materials, sizes, and finishes vary by item.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are separate and may be charged by the destination country or carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery after processing is approximately 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other external delays.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will generally be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after the shipping label is created.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging and components. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, opened, tried-on, worn, or inserted earrings and body jewelry may not be eligible for return. Sealed hygiene-sensitive products may qualify if the protective packaging remains unopened and intact, subject to applicable law.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
